Rishi Gupta is a Doctoral Fellow at the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. A foreign policy commentator with a keen interest in Nepal-China relations, he is a regular contributor to IPP Review, Singapore and South Asia Democratic Forum, Brussels. He is an awardee of the prestigious UNESCO Madanjeet Group scholarship. After completing his M.A. in South Asian and M.Phil in Foreign Policy, he joined Center for Southern Asia Studies, Pondicherry University in the capacity of a research fellow.
